Flow Launches New Mach 200c, Mach 200s and EchoJet Waterjet System
Flow International Corporation Launches New Mach 200c, Mach 200s and EchoJet Waterjet System
Flow International Corporation, the world’s first inventor of the abrasive waterjet, continues to lead the global market with over 50 years of expertise and innovation. Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, Flow has delivered more than 15,000 waterjet and abrasive waterjet systems to customers in over 100 countries since 1974.
Following its debut at the EASTEC exhibition in the United States in May 2023, the Mach 200c has been made available to global markets, including Asia.
The new Mach 200c introduces advanced features—Pivot+™ waterjet technology, enabling bevel and 5-axis cutting of virtually any material, hard or soft, with up to 60° of motion, and boasts faster, more accurate cutting. Now at a more accessible price point. This advancement significantly improves customer access and expands potential applications.
Mach 200c Series Sizes
The Mach 200c is available in various sizes and supports four cutting head options: Conventional Waterjet for vertical cuts, Dynamic Waterjet® for taper compensation, Pivot+™ for 3D cutting, and Pure Waterjet for water-only cutting.
The Mach 200s is a cutting-edge solution meticulously designed and engineered to cater exclusively to pure water cutting of soft materials. It offers higher cutting speeds — with the pure waterjet cutting head, it’s rapid traverse maximum reach speeds of up to 31.8 m/min, delivering efficiency for rubber, foam, insulation, or more soft material.
Mach 200s Series Sizes
The EchoJet is a unique, fully enclosed waterjet solution with a compact footprint and 5-axis cutting capabilities. This system is intentionally engineered to reduce noise, contain spray, and enhance operator efficiency, allowing added flexibility for placement on your floor and protection for the surrounding environment.
EchoJet (1313 Enclosure)
By combining precision, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness, Flow’s new waterjet systems offer a powerful solution for manufacturers aiming to boost productivity and streamline their operations.
