Chonburi Leads Thailand in New Industrial Factories in November 2025
Thailand sees total investment of THB 9,923.80 million from 82 new factories nationwide
The Department of Industrial Works (DIW), Ministry of Industry, has released its nationwide industrial factory licensing statistics for November 2025. A total of 82 factories were approved during the month, representing a combined investment value of THB 9,923.80 million.
Chonburi recorded the highest number of newly licensed factories, with 35 factories, accounting for THB 2,819.82 million in total investment.
Top Provinces by Number of New Factories
For November 2025, the top three provinces with the highest number of approved factories were:

Chonburi – 35 factories, THB 2,819.82 million in total investment, 1,256 employees, and 17,023.40 horsepower in machinery capacity.

Samut Sakhon – 8 factories, THB 167.30 million in total investment, 177 employees, and 8,371.19 horsepower in machinery capacity.
