• High-Rigidity Gantry Structure: Features a high-precision gantry design that aligns the spindle's center of gravity with the drive unit to maximize rigidity and stability during heavy-duty or fine machining.
• Direct Cooling & Thermal Compensation: Sodick's proprietary cooling system directly cools the linear motor coils. Coupled with the standard Main Shaft Thermal Displacement Compensation function, warm-up times are dramatically reduced from 15 minutes to just 20 seconds.

3. High-Performance Spindle & Mirror Surface Finishing

• Equipped with high-speed spindles (ranging from 40,000 to 60,000 min⁻¹), maintaining dynamic runout accuracy within 2 µm across the entire speed range
• Achieves mirror surface finishes (up to Ra 0.015 µm), eliminating or significantly reducing time-consuming hand-polishing processes.
• Handles demanding applications including high-hardness materials (STAVAX, Cemented Carbide), precision connector molds, and high-aspect-ratio electrodes.

• Reduces power consumption by up to 8.5% compared to conventional models. Features an Idling Stop Function to minimize energy use and reduce CO₂ emissions.
