The UGM Series multiple grinding capability performs Cylindrical, Internal & Face grinding with one chucking at the highest level of accuracy. Advance technology for Universal Grinding compared to the stand alone Cylindrical and Internal Grinders. The combination of the Plain approach OD spindle and Internal Spindle on a single turret base enables multiple cylindrical, face and internal grinding processed in on chucking. The automatic indexing system enables single chucking of the part to reduce part handling and optimizing throughput and accuracy.

V-V table way and T-Frame casting:

Solid single piece T-Frame construction increase total rigidity of machine, reduce thermal expansion for more stable accuracy. Also improve drainage performance due to solid piece. stability and no overhang construction in full stroke grinding.

V-V table way construction reduces grinding pressure by one half and greatly improves straightness accuracy compared to V-Flat way systems. .V-V slideways ground and scrapping work for stable straightness and accurate positioning.

Select Grinding wheel:

Only input grinding wheel grid, wheel width and final size diameter, it will make suitable grinding condition and dresser condition based on powerful previous experience and grinding theory in automatic.

Select Dress required spindle unit from T1, T2 & T3, input grinding wheel diameter, width and grit size. Software will calculate suggestions for recommended grinding conditions, and dressing conditions automatically.
