“DAVI MCB Series” The most advanced machines to roll plates from 15-20 mm (5/8 – 3/4 inch), up to 80-100 mm (3 – 4 inch) thick and more. Accurate, easy, intuitive and fast (up to 6 meters – 20ft per minute), it is the most high-tech in “high productive mid-heavy application” in the market.

ONE PHASE CYCLE
No need to pre-bend the two edges of the plate first, and then roll, as on any three roll.
A cylinder can be rolled, including the pre-bending of both ends, feeding the plate forward through the rolls, one time only. The operator should find one only position for each side roll, to get part finished.

CNC CONTROLLED
It is controlled, in entry-level, by a user-friendly CNC, to roll parts in automatic mode. More powerful DAVI CNCs (the most advanced in the industry, until those selected by NASA), are self-programmable, without the need of experienced operators.

ACCURATE FEEDING
Both clamping rolls are powered, with two independent hydraulic motors, and they are braked hydraulically and safely, instead of using low efficiency, consumable brake linings common to other brands.

HORIZONTAL FEEDING
Plates are loaded horizontally to allow the use of an in-feed conveyor and automated loading and unloading systems. The machine, CNC controlled, becomes an automated un-manned rolling center, with a cycle time extremely short, ideal for high quantity productions.

2. PLANETARY PREBENDING
