• Standard Waterjet – for conventional vertical cutting using abrasive.
• Dynamic Waterjet® – for taper compensation and improved cutting performance.
• Pivot+™ Waterjet – for bevel and 5-axis cutting with taper control.
• Pure Waterjet – for cutting soft materials using water only.

Mach 200s: High-Speed Pure Waterjet Cutting for Soft Materials

The Mach 200s is specifically designed for pure waterjet cutting of soft materials. It is suitable for applications involving materials such as rubber, foam and insulation, where high-speed cutting is a key requirement.

With a Pure Waterjet cutting head, the Mach 200s offers rapid traverse speeds of up to 31.75 m/min, helping manufacturers increase production efficiency. The system is also designed with high-speed motors and drives and can accommodate up to four cutting heads simultaneously to support higher production volumes.

Unlike conventional blade-based cutting, a pure waterjet remains sharp and does not require blade changes, helping reduce tooling-related costs for suitable applications. The system also features an accessible table design to simplify material loading and unloading.

EchoJet: Compact 5-Axis Waterjet Cutting System

The EchoJet is a unique, fully enclosed waterjet cutting solution designed with a compact footprint and 5-axis cutting capabilities.

Its enclosed design helps contain spray and reduce cutting noise, while the easy-to-open doors provide convenient access for operators. The compact configuration also allows greater flexibility when integrating the system into manufacturing environments where floor space is limited.
